Lanz Heating & Cooling, Inc. in Champaign, IL is looking to hire a full-time entry-level HVAC Repairman / Maintenance Technician to provide routine heating and cooling maintenance for our residential clients. As an HVAC Repairman / Maintenance Technician, you strive to learn everything you can from our experienced HVAC Technicians. You go out on location to perform maintenance on our residential clients' heating and cooling systems. If there are any needed repairs, you explain our services and policies to customers before completing those repairs. Before you leave, you ensure that our customers are happy with your work. Keeping things organized, you fill out all necessary paperwork and collect payments. Each day, you are excited to come to work to gain experience

Desired Skills

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Willingness to enroll in HVAC technical school and/or in-house training programs
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Confidence working from heights
  • Ability to safely operate power and hand tools
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
