This is a full-time position with a schedule from Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM. As our HVAC Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, your day will be filled with engaging tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, fielding phone calls and scheduling service calls with a friendly and professional demeanor. You'll coordinate with our field technicians, ensuring they have everything they need for a successful service visit. Completing work orders and reviewing invoices will be part of your daily routine, requiring keen attention to detail and accuracy. You'll also enter vendor bills into our system, ensuring our records are up-to-date and accurate. Every day, you will handle customer inquiries and service requests with empathy and efficiency, making sure every customer feels valued and heard!

Being detail-oriented and having a great telephone presence is a huge plus! The ability to take direction and double-check work is also desirable.
