Lanz Heating & Cooling, Inc. is seeking a full-time Lead Installation Tech / HVAC Installer to lead a team in residential new construction installations in Champaign, IL. Are you able to troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve any issues that arise during installation? Can you build strong relationships with your team and the builders?

Desired Skills

  • Understanding of HVAC functional design
  • Ductwork system installation experience
  • Mastery of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Willingness to work a staggered schedule if required
