Position Overview

This position is responsible for providing support to agencies and allies ensuring that information is accurate, files are maintained and continuously reviewed, and provides continuous communication with business contacts. This position is additionally used as a resource for IQ (Income-Qualified) outreach support as needed, informing agencies/trade allies of expiring applications and/or certifications, and assisting customers and clients.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with understanding how to participate in the IQ program via an agency or trade partnerships, how rebates are paid through the agencies/trade partners, and coordinating paperwork and applications
  • Maintain, update, and add entries to the program databases accurately. This may require contacting clients and trade allies
  • Help maintain and update additional program spreadsheets relating to project tracking, lead sharing, and any other needs of this nature that arise
  • Assist trade allies and customers to ensure they have the correct information and marketing materials to promote the IQ program
  • Provide assistance with customer service calls, corresponding with customer and agency with clear direction from program manager
  • Coordinate files, transactions and records for the program Assist agencies/trade allies with project entry when needed
  • Follow up with agencies or trade partners to obtain information for incomplete applications
  • Review project applications and documentation to ensure completeness and adherence to program rules and requirements.
  • Communicate incentive changes and disqualifications to agencies and trade partners

Position type and hours of work required: Part-time, 20 hours a week

Desired Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years of previous office experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Must be able to handle a wide work variety that may not be explicitly stated above in listed duties and work in a fast-paced environment
