RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively juggling and prioritizing multiple projects at once

• Participating in and/or leading client meetings

• Leading proposal development and developing services for potential clients

• Independently managing projects and pilots from start to finish

• Drafting scopes of work for new projects, including outlining tasks, deliverables and budgets

• Directing and managing work with contractors

• Writing client reports, creating presentation decks, and crafting emails

• Staying up to date on the energy efficiency industry

• Working with other small businesses and organizations to support shared projects

• Keeping your ears open and eyes peeled for new business opportunities

• Participating in networking and industry events

• Regular administrative tasks, including tracking billable time and scheduling meetings

• Identifying and implementing operational best practices

Desired Skills

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• 3-5 years of experience in energy efficiency is preferred

• Expert user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

• Experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus

• A passion for continuous improvement

• Learning agility and willingness to chip in to help the team

• Proactive, self-starting, a quick study and always thinking

• A nice person who contributes to a kind, inclusive and supportive work environment

REQUIREMENTS

• 5-10 years of experience in project coordination and/or management

• Highly skilled in communication, relationship building, collaboration, organization, multitasking and presentation

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent real-world experience

• Ability to work with an internal team that is primarily on Pacific Standard Time

• Occasional travel to industry events, Brio company events and meetings, client meetings, training and education opportunities
