We have an immediate need for a Community Solar Sales Representatives to help educate residential consumers and build strong relationships within the cities where our community solar projects are located. This individual will help develop a sales force focused on selling subscriptions to our community solar farms directly to residential consumers across Maryland. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, energetic, personable, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and loves to excel in sales. Interest in solar energy or electricity savings programs is preferred but not required.

Responsible for selling programs to new customers, processing, and enrolling new customers
· Responsible for meeting current sales metrics Responsible for adhering to all sales processes and procedures as established by region and by Brand Troops
· Responsible for executing promotions and meeting or exceeding established sales goals as established within District
· Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures
· Responsible for cold calling and supporting sales cross-promotions
· Must be able to work independently in a storefront
· Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the SM and DM
You MUST have the ability to have a strong sales pitch, overcome objection and build relationships with customers. Proven ability to set and achieve quotas. Must be able to travel to different locations throughout the city.
