We are seeking an exceptional HVAC Service Team Lead to join our Johnson Controls team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in the building controls industry.
As an HVAC Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians to deliver high-quality services to our customers. Your primary focus will be on driving profitability and productivity while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
You will set and monitor goals for customer account gross margin delivery and profitability, drive Labor & Materials (L&M) growth through Technicians and Team Leads, and lead the execution efforts of assigned Service business to include warranty-related customer issues.
Responsibilities also include procuring and maintaining fleet and tools inventory, ensuring consistency of delivery systems, reviewing and approving L&M quotations, and budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable.
