- 5 years of light commercial and residential HVAC experience
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work from heights or small crawl spaces
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed
Being NATE certified and a trade school graduate is preferred, but not required
