Position Description:
- Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
- Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
- Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
- Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
- Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
Desired Skills
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
- Hold EPA licensure
- Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
- Provide own tools, a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation
- Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
- Maintain physical fitness suitable for job demands, including prolonged standing or walking, operation of equipment, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
