We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer/Service Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential properties. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with service technicians and field service teams to address customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment serviced.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations and repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Some weekends and weeknights on call rotation required.
Desired Skills
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience in equipment repair and property maintenance is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
