MB Heating & Cooling is currently hiring for a full-time HVAC Installer / Installation Technician to install heating and cooling systems, accessories, and ductwork while providing excellent customer service in the Springfield, IL area. This position typically works from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime as needed. We pay our HVAC Installers / Installation Technicians a competitive wage of $20 - $26/hour, depending on experience, with base pay plus spiffs.
Additionally, we offer our HVAC Installers / Installation Technicians a full training facility, a company vehicle, a gas card, a cellphone and tablet, a tool program, and uniforms.
