H3 HVAC Parts is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an HVAC Parts Sales Representative. This position needs a self-motivated team player who can be an active part of our team. If are looking to join a growing, hard-working, and winning team, please apply. Previous HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide HVAC parts related service to customers over the phone and by email.
- Promptly identify parts and process quotes & orders for customers.
- Responds to customer inquiries, questions, or concerns regarding products or services.
- Handles multiple customers and customer requests simultaneously while maintaining a friendly and professional manner.
- Follows up quickly on all customer requests for information, quotes and delivery dates.
- Exhibits strong organizational and customer service skills.
- This is 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday role between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
