The HVAC Technician is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and light commercial customers. This position demands exceptional technical skills, excellent customer service, and a commitment to Tiger’s high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
- Perform system maintenance and service and ensure compliance with safety protocols and local codes.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to optimize system efficiency.
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs or installations.
- Educate customers on system operation and maintenance tips.
- Uphold Tiger’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in excellent condition.
- Document all work performed and communicate with team members and clients.

Desired Skills
- HVAC certification (EPA Universal preferred).
- Proven experience in HVAC repair, maintenance, or installation.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight spaces or elevated areas.
- Capable of working in various weather conditions.
