MB Heating & Cooling in Springfield, IL is calling all full-time Lead HVAC Installers / Local HVAC Installation Techs to apply to join our amazing heating and cooling team Our technicians typically work 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some overtime as needed. There is also some required on call as well.

We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer / Local HVAC Installation Tech who is motivated to do quality heating and air conditioning work while furthering their career. Desired Skills
4+ years of installation experience as well as some experience with sheet metal
· EPA certification
· Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
· Ability to meet the physical demands typical of this position such as carrying heavy items, operating tools, and using a ladder
NATE certification and boiler experience are preferred, but not required.
