In this role, you will be instrumental in installing and maintaining HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in HVAC systems and dedication to quality will directly impact our clients' comfort and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve optimal HVAC system performance through expert installation, maintenance, and repair, adhering to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Ensure accurate system setup by interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Connect and test electrical and mechanical components, including low-voltage and line-voltage wiring and gas/refrigerant lines, to guarantee system reliability.
  • Optimize system functionality through startups, testing, and adjustments, ensuring peak performance and energy efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including time spent, parts used, and necessary documentation, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance.
  • Maintain a safe and organized job site by inspecting locations and preparing materials.
  • Educate customers on system operation and maintenance, fostering positive relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Expand your knowledge and skills through continuous training and professional development opportunities.

Desired Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
  • Valid state HVAC technician license (where applicable).
  • EPA Section 608 Certification for handling refrigerants.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC installation procedures, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in HVAC, HVAC/R Systems, and Refrigeration Systems.
  • Expertise in handling Refrigerants.
  • Strong skills in HVAC Service & Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Repair.
