Pro-Air Heating, Cooling Electrical is looking for a full-time HVAC Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher to join our team in Bloomington, IL. You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
As our HVAC Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your day will start with fielding phone calls and scheduling service calls, ensuring each customer receives timely and efficient service. You'll complete work orders, review invoices for accuracy, and enter vendor bills into our system with precision. Coordinating with our field staff, you'll manage the daily workflow, optimize efficiency, and ensure that our technicians are where they need to be when they need to be there. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and empathy will be second nature to you. Maintaining accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician reports will be part of your daily routine, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
