What You'll Do:
As an HVAC Install Assistant, you will support our lead installers on residential and commercial HVAC system installations. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced technicians, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field while helping to deliver high-quality work to our customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
- Carry tools, parts, and materials to and from job sites
- Help prepare work areas and clean up after jobs.
- Follow safety guidelines and support job site organization
- Maintain accurate installation records and paperwork
- Learn from experienced installers and grow your skills at the job
Desired Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- HVAC trade school or equivalent training preferred
- 0-2 years of related HVAC experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a team setting
- Capable of lifting 70+ lbs., climbing ladders, and working on roofs
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- EPA Certification
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience
Monday to Friday
- 5x8 schedule
- Occasional overtime or weekend work as needed
