Hourly wage will be based on experience, then will increase based on performance
Experience in the field is recommended; experience as an installer of residential heating and cooling equipment, experience troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing residential heating and cooling systems

Skills required: Sheet metal fabrication, electrical wiring, brazing, furnace installation, condenser installation, critical thinking, knowledge of various construction tools and equipment
Must have good customer service, is trustworthy, is punctual, has good communication skills, works well with others, can lead an install team and has good driving record
Must have a certification as a HVAC installer and or technician, must have a valid Universal EPA Certification Esco card, and valid driver's license.
A company vehicle will be provided.
