Senior Maintenance Technicians at MMS are responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, and systems troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment. This position is designed for experts who want to advance their careers in the process maintenance field. HVAC Certification is needed for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Perform mid-level break-fix & preventative maintenance
- Support other team members as directed
- Update records in CMMS
- Assure compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards
- Provide inputs in CI activities
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, machining, and welding tasks
Desired Skills
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic to mid-level mechanical and electrical skills
- Ability to work independently or with a team
Job Specific Skills:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong technical knowledge of heat treat, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Understanding of OSHA safety requirements
- Excellent planning, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Primarily performed in a factory environment
- Requires travel, climbing, close and color vision, and ability to lift/move 50+ pounds
