Job Responsibilities:
- Receive service calls from Service Resource Center and diagnose equipment/system problems.
- Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
- Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures and refer to technical manuals and diagrams.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service and organizational skills.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of documented experience in Fire Sprinkler industry performing service and repair to Sprinkler and Suppression systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements.
- Must maintain truck inventory to ensure timely response to customer needs.
- Must adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.
- Possess a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
- Capable of performing physical labor.
- Able to work in unusual positions such as climbing ladders and scaffolding.
- Must follow all safety requirements of the company and customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NICET III Inspection and Testing Water-Based Systems
- NFPA Water-Based Inspection, Testing and Maintenance
- ASSE I50I0 Water-Based Protection Systems
- Completion of a DOL approved Sprinkler Fitter Apprenticeship Program
